entertainmentweekly: Today in “EW Asks the Important Questions”: Whither the Hollywood sex scene? An interesting read about the disappearance of the Hollywood sex scene. They make a good point about the availability of sexual imagery making viewers less likely to flock to a theater for a steamy scene. I’m glad to know that the pay-cable networks still embrace sex scenes as part of their romantic plot lines. Some of the best sex scenes I’ve seen recently have been on HBO, FX, Showtime, etc. and they seem to know how to do it right.
